Módulos de Tiristores de Potencia SCR AMKT AS ENERGITM son de diseño monolítico con topología dual de semiconductores (dos interruptores): tipo tiristor-tiristor. Se utilizan en circuitos de CC y CA con cargas de hasta 570A y tensiones inversas de pulso de hasta 2200V (dependiendo de la serie).
Los módulos de tiristores están alojados en una carcasa estándar de la industria, lo que facilita la integración del dispositivo en equipos existentes.

Recomendaciones de instalación para módulos de tiristores
Los módulos de tiristores se caracterizan por su alta capacidad de ciclo eléctrico y térmico, lo que significa alta fiabilidad y larga vida útil en modos de operación intensiva.
Rango nominal de corrientes de los módulos rectificadores de tiristores: 25A, 40A, 50A, 55A, 70A, 95A, 100A, 106A, 107A, 122A, 132A, 162A, 172A, 215A, 250A, 273A, 280A, 300A, 323A, 330A, 350A, 400A, 460A, 500A, 570A. Rango de voltajes nominales: 400V, 600V, 800V, 1200V, 1400V, 1600V, 1800V, 2000V, 2200V.
Los terminales principales (de potencia) están ubicados en la parte superior del encapsulado y están marcados como 1, 2, 3 (ánodo-cátodo común, cátodo, ánodo). Los terminales de control están marcados como K1, G1, K2, G2.
Los módulos de tiristores duales de la serie AMKT se utilizan en diversos equipos de potencia, como unidades de potencia y control, reguladores de potencia, reguladores de CA, convertidores, controladores de hornos de fundición o procesos químicos, equipos de soldadura y como rectificadores para convertidores de CA.

Recomendaciones para la instalación de módulos de potencia
Especificaciones del disipador de calor y preparación de la superficie
Para garantizar un buen contacto térmico y obtener los valores de resistencia térmica especificados en la Ficha de datos, la superficie de contacto del disipador de calor debe estar limpia y libre de partículas de polvo. Es útil limpiar la superficie de montaje del disipador de calor con toallitas y un limpiador alcohólico, por ejemplo, isopropanol, justo antes del proceso de instalación. Se deben cumplir las siguientes especificaciones mecánicas:
– La irregularidad del área de montaje del disipador de calor debe ser ≤ 50μm por 100 mm
– Rugosidad Rz: < 10 μm
– No debe haber escalones > 10 μm

Aplicación de pasta térmica
Se recomienda utilizar impresión con plantilla para aplicar el material de interfaz térmica. Se recomienda usar un grosor de pasta térmica en el rango de 50 μm a 100 μm. No se recomienda aplicar la pasta térmica mediante rodillo para producción en masa, ya que no se puede garantizar la reproducibilidad de un grosor optimizado de la pasta térmica.
Par de montaje en el disipador de calor MS
Para asegurar los módulos de potencia, se recomienda encarecidamente el uso de tornillos de acero en combinación con arandelas adecuadas y arandelas de seguridad o tornillos combinados. Se debe observar el valor de par especificado en la Ficha de datos.
Se recomienda un par de apriete previo y volver a apretar al valor de par especificado. Para el proceso de atornillado, se debe limitar la velocidad y se recomienda una limitación suave del par para evitar picos de par, que pueden ocurrir con destornilladores neumáticos.

Los tornillos deben apretarse en diagonal con el mismo par de apriete en varios pasos hasta alcanzar el valor de par de apriete especificado MS.
